If you have an inquiry related to your monthly recurring gift, please call (02) 8005 6995 during office hours, or email [email protected]. Please provide your full name, phone number, and email address. You can also mail the details to Rainforest 4 Foundation, PO Box 1226, Mullumbimby, NSW 2482.
Once we have these details your recurring monthly gift request will be actioned before the next payment is due. Please allow at least up to 72 hours for donation related actions to be processed.
We understand people’s circumstances change and you can amend your donations at any time. Your support is very important to us, if there is anything we can do to improve your experience or change your mind, please let us know.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am and 5 pm AEST and AEDT.
