What's your New Years' resolution? If it involves looking after yourself and the planet you'll want to join the HalfCut PSS 30 Day Fitness Challenge.
A New Year's resolution is a promise to yourself, that you will change something in your life for the coming year. For many people that involves caring for themselves by improving their health, and for others, they're thinking of what they can do to care for our environment. By putting these two things together HalfCut has created the HalfCut PSS 30 Day Fitness Challenge to rewild yourself and the Planet!
HalfCut is a widely known social movement that engages people of all cultures, ages, and sexes to raise awareness and funds for rainforest conservation. As over half of the world's rainforests have been destroyed we are joining together to restore our rainforests.
Make 2021 the year of challenging yourself whilst also helping the Planet.
Sign up now to the HalfCut PSS 30 Day Fitness Challenge and for 30 days in March complete either 30 push-ups, sit-ups, or squats per day making a total of 900 plus PSS for the whole month. Your aim will be to have your family and friends sponsor you and raise $1,000 to establish 1,000 rainforest trees for wildlife, people, climate, and the planet.
Through the PSS Challenge you can be the change you want to see in the world.
The PSS Challenge is the perfect opportunity for you to get involved in reversing deforestation, whilst also starting the new year right for your health.
Invite your friends, family, work colleagues, and even get your business on board as registrations are open now. Sign up now.
Climate Action!
Research has shown that if we establish 1 trillion trees in 30 in the next years we can absorb the last 30 years of our emissions. More than half of all CO2 emissions since 1751 emitted in the last 30 years.
Every $1 raised will establish one rainforest tree.
We are restoring the Earth’s rainforests and the cost is just $1 per tree! We guarantee that for every dollar you raise one rainforest tree will be established to restore the Earth’s rainforests. With 50% of the world’s forests already gone, we need to rapidly increase the rate of reforestation. Sadly, in Australia alone the 2019/20 summer bushfires caused destruction to 11.3 million hectares with over 3 billion animals dying. We want to make sure affected areas are restored.

Getting fit and planting trees though the PSS Challenge
The first step is to establish three million trees by June 2023 for three million dollars. As a part of the collaboration, Rainforest 4 and Rainforest Rangers will establish trees across several locations including the Daintree, Atherton Tablelands, and Northern NSW in Australia, Tamil Nadu in India, and Sumatra in Indonesia. HalfCut, Rainforest 4 Foundation, and our Rainforest Rangers are contributing to the Trillion Trees initiative, a project announced at the 2020 World Economic Forum which aims to establish one trillion trees worldwide by the end of 2050.
We can’t wait to see what we can achieve together for both your health and the health of the Planet!
