A vegetation survey of Lot 110 Palm Road has identified one of the most important locations for the conservation of Fan Palm dominated tropical rainforest. Can we save our big birds from the threat of development? 

The number one threat to the endangered Southern Cassowary is the loss of its rainforest habitat. However, in the Daintree Lowland Rainforest, 207 freehold properties remain at risk of develoment. The simple solution, purchase all of the remaining undeveloped freehold properties and protect them forever. 

A flora survey in the Daintree Lowland Rainforest has identified five Threatened plant species on the next two properties to be purchased for conservation - Lot 85 Cape Tribulation Road and Lot 167 Buchanan Creek Road.
