A biodiversity hot-spot like no other, North Sumatra is the last place on Earth where Tiger, Elephant, Rhino and Orangutan co-exist.

Paul will guide you on a bio-cultural immersion focusing in rainforest restoration,
nature connection and community led conservation action, as we live and learn with local people actively involved in habitat conservation efforts in North Sumatra, Indonesia.

Expedition includes:

  • Rainforest trekking with expert local guides with opportunities to encounter endangered wildlife 
  • Sumatran Elephant and Orangutan habit restoration
  • Planting trees to add to the 1,6 million established so far by the Orangutan Information Centre.
  • Learning from local forest restoration experts
