On the 3^rd of June, we launched an appeal to purchase and protect an extremely important Daintree Rainforest property at Lot 155 Cape Tribulation Road. We are getting closer to our goal of raising $220,875 thanks to the support of many wonderful donors and some special new partners. 

We aimed to raise the full amount by the 30th of June, however that proved to be a bit of a stretch. As the terms and conditions of the contract of sale enabled us to extended the date to the 1st of September we've taken that option and that's given us two months to raise the additional funds. The good news is that we've now raised $152,235 thanks to the many generous donors who have contributed so far.  

To ensure the rainforest on Lot 155 Cape Tribulation Road is protected forever I now need to raise $68,640 by the 30th of August. 

Please, make a donation now. Every $2.50 you donate will save one square metre of the Daintree. If you donate $25 you will save ten square meters of essential Cassowary habitat! A donation of $50 will save 20 square meters and $100 will save forty square meters of the World Heritage value Daintree Rainforest.

Lot 155 Cape Tribulation Road adjoins the National Park 

To help us reach the target we've joined up with HalfCut, the widely known social movement that engages people of all cultures, ages, and sexes to raise awareness and raise funds for rainforest conservation and regeneration. Over half of the world's rainforests have been destroyed. To help protect what's left in August HalfCut is raising funds to help to protect Lot 155 Cape Tribulation Road in the Daintree Lowland Rainforest. HalfCut is asking ethical business to help save the Daintree Rainforest.
