With this low price, I couldn’t let this opportunity pass us by, so a contract of sale has been exchanged and a deposit of 5% deposit of $1,250 has been paid. We are focusing our efforts on Cow Bay as scientists have identified this area as being the highest priority for conservation. It has some of the highest levels of biodiversity and the highest densities of Cassowaries in Australia.
